Sending a bundle to support
Generate a diagnostics bundle in your own Fabric portal, download it, and send it to support with your ticket. Nothing is collected unless you press that button, and nothing leaves your fabric unless you send it.
This address is the endpoint that will receive bundles directly once your Fabric supports sending them. There is nothing to do on this page today.
What gets sent
One archive your fabric builds and redacts before it leaves: logs and diagnostic state from your nodes, with a manifest listing every file included, everything skipped and why, and every redaction applied. Nothing is sent that is not in that manifest.
Diagnostics are opt-in, and remain opt-in for Community. Bundles are readable only by IZT support staff, and the most recent are kept — older ones are removed.
